STR49—starring the ever-charismaticS ilambarasan TR and helmed by Parking s ensation Ramkumar Balakrishnan—was officially launched today under the pres tigious banner of Dawn Pictures, with d ynamic producer Aakash Baskaran back king the project in style, amidst the pres ence of the star-studded cast and film in dustry luminaries.
The film is set against a college backdro p and is being made as a vibrant comme rcial entertainer, aimin g to bring back t he vintage charm of Sila mbarasan TR o n screen. In this movie,Sil ambarasan pla ay s the role of a college student.
Director Ramkumar Balakrishnan, who captured attention with Parking, is taki ing a different route this time by craftin ng a mass commercial film that will appe al to audiences across all sections.
After a long gap, actor Santhanam joins hands with Silambarasan TR again.
The female lead is played by Kayadu Loh ar, a young actress who has won hearts a mong the youth. VTV Ganesh also plays a significant role in the film.
