Flex India’s Celebratory Activities Mark Earth Day 2025 with Impactful Commu nity Initiatives in Chennai & Kanchipura am

Supporting Public Health Infrastructur e
In line with its dedication to community wellness, Flex employee volunteers roll ed up its sleeves for a cleaning and main tenance drive at the Molachur Primary Health Centre (PHC). This initiative aim ed to boost hygiene standards and creat e a more inviting atmosphere for both p atients and staff. The volunteers, which included passionate employees and thei r families who also donated 1,000 masks to the PHC, adding a layer of support to their efforts.
Protecting Coastal Ecosystems:
Understanding the importance of marin e ecosystems, Flex organized a beach cl eanup at the iconic Marina Beach in coll aboration with the local NGO Goodera. Employees and their families came toge ther to tackle waste removal while raisi ng awareness about the serious impacts of marine pollution. This initiative not o nly highlighted Flex’s commitment to th e environment but also strengthened th e community spirit and collective respo nsibility.
These activities were just a glimpse of Fl ex’s broader Earth Day efforts in Chenn ai and Kanchipuram districts which incl uded a lively walkathon, an energetic m arathon, a tree plantation drive, and an engaging environmental awareness pro gram at a school for the visually impaire d. With over 300 enthusiastic volunteer rs participating, these events truly refle cted Flex’s values of responsibility, team work, and sustainable impact.
