PVR hosts 18th Chennai International Film Festival in partnership with Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation (ICAF)
~An 8-day long festival screening International films and Indian Panorama starting 18th February 2021~
Chennai, 19th February 2021: PVR Ltd, the leaders in Indian film exhibition industry, in its latest offering, is hosting the much celebrated 18th Chennai International Film festival in partnership with Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation (ICAF). Bringing critically acclaimed, content rich projects from across the globe, PVR Cinemas will host the festival from 18th to 25th February across 4 auditoriums at PVR-Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai.
The festival movie line-up features 91 titles across 53 countries in 47 languages namely Mastermind, Revenir, In my Dream, One Way to Moscow, Tall Tales, Materna, Steppe, An Impossible Love, Akka Kurvi, Kaalidas, Labour, Ponmagal Vandhal, Bridge, Kalira Atita, Safe, Pingana, Gatham, etc.
To make the experience more engaging for the city’s cinephiles, 12 master class sessions by industry experts will be organized during the festival. The sessions will focus on different aspects of film production such as art direc tion, cinematography, editing, direction, costume design, acting and writing. The speakers for the masterclass include popular personalities like Directors Balaji Mohan, K.V Anand, Music Director D. Imman, Visual Effects Director Srinivas Mohan and Editor Ruben to name a few.
