Rotary Club of Chennai East RA Puram held its 21st Charter Night cum Awards Night recently in which former Ta mil Nadu State Election Commissioner Dr. V. Palanisamy IAS (Retd), renowned Psychiatrists Dr. Poornachan drika and Dr. Anand Prathap along with Archaeologist Amarnath Balakrishnan were honoured by the Chief Gu est Padm ashree Nalli Kuppusamy Chetti in the presence of IPDG J. Sridhar. Club President RTN S. Shivaraaman hosted the event and delivered the welcome address.
