Story-:
The hero Anbu Mayilsamy’s marriage to the heroine Chandrika is canceled. The hero, overcome with guilt, commits suici de. His soul goes to the underworld. The re, knowing the matter, the underworld gives him a command as punishment. Ac cordingly, the hero, who returns to the e arth, how does he fulfill the ‘underworld command’ and what is it? The story is hu morous.

Movie Review -:
Anbu Mayilsamy, who plays the lead rol e, manages to capture the hearts of the audience by handling everything from d ancing, acting, and comedy with modera tion. Chandrika who plays the female le ad, is as simple as the girl next door, but she has done the job given to her flawles sly as she is a suitable choice for the role e.
Arjunan, who plays the hero’s friend, Ne llai Siva, who plays Eman, D.P. Gajendra an, who plays the heroine’s father, Charl ie, Vaiyapuri, Delhi Ganesh, Power Star Srinivasan, Nalini, Shakila, Latha Rao, K otachi, Karate Raja, although there are o nly a few comedy stars in the film, all of them are handled in a way that shine s, and all their scenes make the audienc e laugh out loud.
Music by composer N. Sasikumar, with l yrics by Snehan and V. Subbaiyan, all the songs are understandable and worth list ening to again and again. The backgroun d music has traveled according to the sc enes.
Cinematographer A. Karthik Raja’s cam era has displayed the scenes colorfully a nd has increased the quality of the film many times over.
V. Subbaiyan’s story and dialogues are f ull of humor. V. Subbaiyan, who has expr essed even the scenes where the heroin ne expresses her love for the hero throu ugh very fashionable dialogues, has writ ten a simple love story that can be watc hed with the family as a complete come dy film.
S. Rajasekhar, who has written and direc ted the screenplay, has given the fantas y genre after a long time with a commer cial masala screenplay. The punishment given by Eman, the hero who tries to esc ape and fulfill it, and his love are a compl ete entertainment film that fully satisfie s the fans. Overall Emann Kattalai’ is wo rth watching.
