Medavakkam residents celebrate Intern ational Yoga Day at Navin’s Starwood To wers
Chennai, June 21st, 2025: More than 50 0 people from different housing societie s in Medavakkam came together to mar k the International Yoga Day. The event which took place at Navin’s Starwood T owers, Medavakkam had Yoga and Zum ba sessions, along with lot of fun activiti es. Dr. R. Kumar- Founder, Chair man, N avin’s, Mrs. P. Bhavani, Executive Direct or, Navin’s and Ms. Ksheer Vasudha Ku mar, Director, Navin’s were part of the e vent.
Reinforcing the importance of physical a ctivity, Dr R Kumar said today’s housin g societies give more importance to space s which promote holistic well-being. He urged the participants to prioritize the mselves, set healthy goals and work tow ards it.
