Movie Review-:

Poonam Kaur has danced for only one s ong. But the heroine of the film is Swasv ika, the heroine of Lapper Bandhu, who makes her debut in the second half of th e film as the top scorer in the state in th e twelfth standard. Swasvika’s youthful appearance alone can tell that the film h as been in the pipeline for a long time. Al though she is not as top-notch as Swasvi ka now, she has done enough justice to t he role of a medical student. The bond b etween Swasvika and Nabi Nandi is told in flashbacks through beautiful songs an d locations. Upon arriving in Chennai, he grows a beard in search of the heroine. S harat is also seen as a supporting hero in the role of Swasvika, who is in love with her.

Raja C. Shekhar’s cinematography does not help to enhance the beauty of the fi lm technically. The visuals are as hazy as the cloudy mountains in the film. The dir ector’s anger is visible in the way the sto ry is told, but it does not translate into a screenplay that increases interest. Vela Ramamoorthy plays the Assistant Com missioner of Police. Carrying the direct or’s anger in his eyes, he makes a decisi on at the end of the film that no one dar es to make. Before the audience can abs orb the shock or satisfaction of that deci sion, he ends the film with a lead for the next part, saying, “To be continued.”
