Story-:
Rajan (Kishor Kumar) is a PT teacher in the school. His wife Vidya (Subatra) is a teacher in the same school. Rajan gets an opportunity to participate in a singing competition on TV. He is famous for it. Will he win the match or not? While the expectation is running on one side, thus PT. The school where the master is often required to take leave. This robs him of his teaching job. Then the story is about what happens to his two children when unexpected events happen in the family.

Movie Review-:
Tamil cinema always welcomes films with good stories. In this line, ‘Mellisai’ is set to hit the web in early 2026. Actor Kishore, who is used to playing police officer and serious characters in many films, plays a physical education teacher in this film. ‘Melody’ speaks of everyday life, quiet dreams and emotional truths. The film received positive reviews from the first look poster and music fans.
Actor Kishore shared how ‘Mellisai’ affected him deeply, “‘Mellisai’ was told to me as a story about an ordinary life with unfulfilled dreams, responsibilities and hope. The story was honest without any compromises. Playing this close-to-life character reminded me why I love acting so much. My thanks to our director, producers, my co-stars and every technician who really gave me this journey. Everyone worked wholeheartedly on this film.” It made this film even more special.”
Written and directed by Darav, ‘Mellisai’ stars Subatra Robert, George Marion, Harish Uthtaman, newcomers Dhananya, Jaswanth Manikandan, Proactive Prabhakaran and Kannan Bharti along with actor Kishore. Hashtag FTFS Productions, which produced the critically acclaimed film ‘Veppam Mool Ramsi’, has also produced ‘Mellisai’.
Music director Shankar Rangarajan’s music and Devaraj’s cinematography bring the soul of this story to the screen. ‘Mellisai’ is slated to hit the theaters in early 2026. The team hopes that ‘Mellisai’ will give an unforgettable experience to the audience.
