Story -:
Ranatheeran alias Ari Arjunan is in Mumbai. His girlfriend Anupama alias Anu urgently calls him to Chennai. He asks him to meet Krishnamoorthi at Chengalpattu court. Accordingly, Ari comes to Chennai. After that, Anu goes missing. In this situation, Ari, who came to Chennai, goes to stay on the fourth floor of an apartment building called Royal Town. But there is something supernatural there. Even though many people tell him not to go there, he actually goes there and stays there. He has bad dreams there. Accordingly, he has dreams of someone throwing him from the floor and of many murders happening. At one point, things happen like a real incident. A YouTube filming crew comes there and films it. When Ari tells his friends about this real incident, no one believes him. When he goes to that place, everything is normal. He can’t believe it’s real or an illusion. It’s confusing. But after watching it again and again, he believes it for sure, thinking about his experience. In such a situation, he goes to the doctor to investigate the dream. The doctor says that dreams come as a collection of memories, things that have to happen, and some imagination. What happens after that is the rest of the story of the 118 46 minute film ‘4th Floor’.
