The First Year Completion celebration of Bharatha Seva and Bharath Market projects organized by the Shree Dayaa Foundation was held grandly in Chennai.
At this special event, Latha Rajinikanth officially launched the Citizen’s Platform – “மக்கள் மேடை (Makkal Medai)”, aimed at empowering citizens and encouraging social participation.
The grand launch took place at the iconic Valluvar Kottam on March 7, 2026, bringing together social activists, supporters, and the public to celebrate a year of impactful community initiatives.

Latha Rajinikanth, through the ‘Shree Dayaa Foundation’, is implementing ‘Bharat Seva/Bharatha Seva’ and ‘Bharath Market’ projects to promote Indian culture, sustainable livelihoods and local businesses. Its first anniversary celebration and ‘Makkal Meddai’ event were held in Chennai in March 2026.
