Story -:
Vijay Sethupathi, who comes to Malaysi a hiding his old identity, gets introduced to Yogi Babu. Through him, Vijay Sethup athi gets a job at Kalpana’s hotel, and on the other hand, he meets the heroine Ru kmini.
Their acquaintance, which initially star ts with conflict, later turns into love. W hile the two are getting along well, Vijay Sethupathi learns that Rukmini is strug gling to get her house back from her St ep Father. For this, many lakhs are need ed. At this time, Vijay Sethupathi gamb les with the villain Avinash. Only Vijay Sethupathi wins. Thus, he cheats him in gambling to defeat him. Thus, he makes Vijay Sethupathi a debtor to the villain.
He threatens to kill him if he does not repay this loan within a week. Since he and those around him are in great need of money, he decides to rob and steals about Rs. 40 crores from a van going to the bank. What happened after that? Are all their problems solved? Movie Review -:
Hero Vijay Sethupathi, as usual, has don ne a good job with the role given to him. He did not make any mistakes in it. How ever, it would have been better if the w ay his character was designed was inter esting.
Heroine Rukmini won the hearts of the youth with the Kannada film Sapta Saa garadaache Ello. Similarly, she has done her beautiful acting well in this film too. Yogi Babu’s comedy did not work out in many places. That is the biggest minus p oint of the film. Also, the acting of Divya Pillai, Bablu, and Avinash was good.Alth
ough the way director Arumugakumar c reated the plot was good, he did not ma ke it interesting and enjoyable in the sc reenplay. Especially in the first half, the screenplay faltered at many places. Simi milarly, the design of the characters cou uld have been stronger. However, the a ction scenes in the second half, the pre-climax and climax scenes were good. K udos to that. Also, the love scenes were beautifully presented. Kudos to cinema tographer Karan for that. The scene wh ere Rukmini expresses her love to Vijay Sethupathi in a tense atmosphere was also good.
Although Justin Prabhakaran’s Uruguth thu Uruguthu song is enjoyable, all the o ther songs do not stick in the mind. Sam. CS background music was intimidating i n the action scenes. Editing has saved th e film in many places. Vijay Sethupathi’s performance Rukumini Vasanth, Papulu u’s performance. Climax scene first Haif screenplay lagging Unsuccessful comed y in many places 0verall mediocre film in the career of Ace Vijay Sethupathi.
