Story–:
The film begins with Senthil Kumar, who runs an advertising agency, boarding a train on a journey to invite his friends and family for his forthcoming wedding. Along the way, he encounters various individuals from his past, who bring back memories of three women that have influenced his love life. During the journey, he reminisces his teenage days. The happenings in the school, his tussle with his friends and his first love with his classmate Kamala are all pictured with fun and drama. However, her father married her off early before her 11th grade. He meets Kamala 14 years later, and she is now a mother of three children, and a wife of a farmer. Senthil reaches the village and invites all including Kamala, who promises to come to the wedding.

Then, he goes to Kerala, where he had his college education. His major crush at that time was Lathika, a Malayali girl from Chalakudy, with whom he falls in love, but later, the affair proves to be short-lived as her parents marry her off to her cousin Madhavan after knowing about her love affair with Senthil. On reaching Chalakudy to invite her, Senthil is slightly disturbed to see her as a widow living with her grandmother for the past 12 years. He attempts to rekindle his love for her, but she corrects him.

On his journey, he comes across his trusted friend Divya, who instills confidence and elucidates him to the life lesson – that one has to go ahead in life without looking back. While she and Senthil travel on a bus, she reveals her tragic experience, that her mother is a paralytic patient and that she is the breadwinner of the family. As time passes by, she reveals that she was in love with someone and believed that he was the man of her life, but she was unfortunately let down. A poetic narration on the need for a good companion like Senthil who gives attention to her is stressed, even if it is not possible at his stage. After her unwilling engagement with a businessman from America, she leaves Senthil. Senthil meets her five years later, and she is now a divorcee.
In the end, Senthil marries the girl of his parents choice, Thenmozhi. All the three girls who were a part in his life, along with his school and college friends attend his wedding.

Movie Review–;
Senthil (Cheran) falls in love with Kamala, a girl who is a good friend while studying in school. That love breaks down at the very beginning, and Senthil, who goes to Kerala to study in college, falls in love with Latika (Kopika), a girl who is a good friend. At some point, that love also breaks down. Senthil, who hates life due to love failure, gets the friendship of a young woman named Divya. After that, what changes happen in Senthil’s life and who he marries are all flashback stories that continue until the climax.

80s kids, 90s kids, 2k kids, why? Director Cheran has created a story for everyone who can relate to Zen Zee kids. Fans who watch the film Autograph after 21 years will remember the song “Samram Varude” from the film, and all the love, break-ups, school and college days, and stories of friends and girlfriends will come to their minds and make their hearts heavy.
Starting with Cheran who plays Senthil, Mallika who plays Kamala, Latika who plays Gopika, and Sneha who plays Divya, all four of them will awaken all the feelings of love, sadness, crying, and friendship in their hearts. Especially the character of Divya played by Sneha will make every young person yearn for such a friend, and if there is one, it will make them thank them.. Every flower says…

If you fight to live, It is a battlefield… The song will give confidence to those who have lost hope in life and make them stand up again.. Rather than criticizing the film Autograph further, it would be right to say that you should feel the experience by watching the film.. The aim is that you, as fans, should also get that experience..
Bhardwaj’s music and Sabesh Murali’s background music are the strengths of the film, both then and now. Vijay Milton’s cinematography of the Gopika-Cheran love scene, which was shot in Kerala, is wonderfully shot and mesmerizing. There are some films in Tamil that can be said to be indestructible by time. Autograph can also be included in that list. With this film, Cheran has also engraved his name in gold in the list of great directors. Autograph – Another golden opportunity to see it on the big screen.
