Bayview Projects LLP, led by filmmaker Boney Kapoor who was elected as the top bidder with an 18% revenue share offer is set to begin Phase 1 of Uttar Pradesh’s Film City. The phase includes 13 to 14 advanced film studios and a film institute over 230 acres. The project will be executed in three phases across eight years. Director Boney Kapoor has submitted building layout to begin developmental work for Film City project site in Noida’s Sector 21 said Yamuna Expressway Indu strial Development Authority (YEIDA).
