Story-:
The story of the film Cuts A man (Ranga kraj) is stabbed by a mob while taking h is pregnant wife (Shruti Narayanan) to t he doctor. He dies after taking his wife t o the doctor and learning that he has a s on. Similarly, Shruti Narayanan also dies after stabbing the policeman who extort ed money from him. As per his mother’s wish, the son becomes a policeman befo re he can look back. Rangaraj plays both the roles of father and son. An honest p oliceman Rangaraj investigates the case of a woman who is killed in a sand minin g incident. After this murder, he learns t hat there is a corporate leader and arres ts him and puts him in jail. But the only p erson who arrests him uses his power an d the villain comes out in time. The villa in who comes out like that takes reveng e on Rangaraj. The story of the film Cuts is Rangaraj’s efforts to save his daughte r.
The connection between his dead father and these villains is explained in the sec ond half of the film. Along with that, a lit tle Tamil awareness and a message for f armers as a free link.

Movie Review-:
The biggest minus of the film is that it tri es to tell multiple stories at once. The ef fects of corporate companies dumping waste on agricultural land, another inve estigation, in which one hero has flash b acks with two heroines from time to tim e. The film does everything it can to test our patience with exaggerated backgro und music, mediocre acting, and unnece ssary dialogues. The story twists and tur ns in just four scenes.
Neither the story nor the screenplay is n ew, nor is the way it is handled. But the director has given all the actors a platfor m to act emotionally. Although the direc tor has made some efforts to make the a ctors act realistically in emotional scene s, these scenes do not form a unity in the film and instead come here and there, w hich makes it uninteresting.
Cinematographer Manoj has made his s pecial contribution.Although Rangaraj has overacted in many places as an acto r, his acting in a few places is commenda able. Shruti Narayanan has been given a major role in the film. She has done it we ll. But the lack of uniqueness of the char acter is a hindrance to her acting.There is a rare Delhi Ganesh in the entir e film. Even though he has played a very small role, what he has done in that scene is m agic.
