Directed by A.L. Vijay, the film ‘Kaathal Reset Repeat’ starring Madhu Mahesh, Jiya Shankar and Arjun Ashokan was released on March 6, 2026. With music by Harris Jayaraj, the film is considered a refreshing romantic entertainer, which narrates the journey of two people who are searching for love again after a major love failure.
The story of a couple who believe that after a major love failure or breakup, they can fix their life and love by “resetting” (starting over). The story is about how they feel love again amidst memories, regrets and new expectations.
Madhu Mahesh, Jiya Shankar and Arjun Ashokan play the lead roles, along with M.S. Bhaskar and Jayaprakash in important roles. This is Arjun Ashokan’s first Tamil film.

Movie Review-:
In Scotland, the heroine Jiah falls from the mountain in the first scene of the film due to love failure. The hero Madhumkesh deceives her and tells her that he is her lover.
Because Jiah forgets everything that happened in the last 2 years in that accident. Also, if she falls asleep one day and wakes up, she forgets everything that happened the previous day. MS Bhaskar makes them stay at their house, only then does he realize that the heroine Jiah’s lover is not Madhumkesh. He has been in love with Jiah one-sidedly since he was young, and he lives for good things to happen to him in life.
In the first scene, Jiah jumps from the mountain due to love failure, due to which Madhumkesh says, “Jiah, I am your lover for good,” and what happened to their lives after that, did Jiah win love? Did Madhumkesh win love? The rest of the story .
