Movie Review -:
Dhanush plays the role of Deva in the film. Forgetting that Dhanush is playing the hero, we will completely travel with Deva. Dhanush has given such a great performance.
If there is finally a film that can feed the performance of heroine Rashmika Man danna, it is Kubera. Even though Rashmi ka’s character makes an entry after alm ost an hour, she has scored in every scen e she gets. Kudos to her. Nagarjuna carri es the film on his shoulders on par with Dhanush from the beginning of the film to the climax.
The way he showed the anguish of being caught between honesty and injustice in his performance was good. Similarly, the performance of Jim Sarp, who played th e villain, was also enjoyable.
The storyline taken by director Shekar Kammula is special. The way he present ed it on screen in a way that everyone ca n like was also great. However, the lengt h of the film makes it a bit boring. The fir st half of the screenplay is especially slo w. Although the editing has saved the fil m, it seems that the editing could have b een better in some places. The biggest pl us point of the film is the last 40 minutes Dhanush’s performance with the villain is on another level. Especially the way he made the villain beg earned applause in the theater.
The way the screenplay shows that this world does not belong only to the rich a nd powerful, those who beg are also hu man beings, and this world belongs to th em is great. But, the climax could have b een more intense. Devi Sri Prashanth’s s ongs go with the film.
They were enjoya ble. The background music was good in many places. But in a few places, it makes you wonder if this s cene is such a background music. Cinem atography is a huge strength of the film. Dhanush, Rashmika, Nagarjuna and Jim Sarf’s performances. The second half, es pecially the last 40 minutes of the film. E diting The length of the film, especially t he boring first half .Overaall, Kubera is a film for everyone..
