Movie Review -:

Director V. Gauthaman, who plays the role of Kaduvetti Guru, has acted like him in all areas, including fight scenes and dance, as he has the look of Vijayakanth. He has pla yed the role of fire in the emotional dialo gue scenes and has done justice to the role he has accepted as an actor.

Pujitha Ponnada, who plays the heroine, does not have much work. She only shows her head in a few scenes and song scenes.
Samuthirakani, who plays the father of Kaduvetti Guru, has added strength to the film with her usual style of acting, even though she appears in fewer scenes.

Tamil Gauthaman, who plays the young character of Kaduvetti Guru, who has expressed his anger to avenge not only in his eyes but also in his body language, is special on screen. Aadukalam Naren, Saranya Ponvannan, Mansoor Ali Khan, Ilavarasu, Redin Kingsley, Madhusudhanan Rao, who have played other roles, have done the job given to him flawlessly.

Music by G.V. Prakash Kumar, lyrics by Vairamuthu, the songs are commercial and mediocre. Although the background music by Sam.CS attracts attention at some places, it reminds us of old films in most places. Cinematographer Gopi Jagatheesw aran has presented the entire film in color and has worked hard on the action scenes.
Editor Raja Mohammed’s work is also not lacking.

Written and directed by V. Gauthaman, who has focused on the life events of the forest ranger and some imaginary incidents, has tried to present a work that shows the late forest ranger, who was seen as a rowdy and a caste fanatic, as an honest man who fought for the people and the land.

Director V. Gautham has emphatically recorded that Kaduvetti Guru was not only a hero but also an honest person, telling many unknown facts about him, such as the person who rejected the invitation of a major political party that tried to lure him with Rs. 100 crores, the person who was determined to travel only in the PMK even though he betrayed him, the person who rejected Rs. 1000 crores from a corporate boss who had offered him a price when he fought for the people and the soil, and the person who thought only of others even when his health was bad.

Director V. Gautham, who has designed the screenplay and visuals in a way that breaks the wrong image of Kaduvetti Guru, has impressed Kaduvetti Guru’s supporters as a storyteller, but has bored cinema fans by presenting it as an ordinary commercial film without introducing any innovation in storytelling and telling a story in visual language. Overall, ‘Bataiyanda Maveera’ is the truth and imagination of the forest-cutting guru.
