Movie Review -:

Debutant actor Prabhakaran, who plays the lead role, fits the role of a village teacher perfectly. Prabhakaran, who has lived as a teacher through his natural acting and not just in appearance, has acted very well, without any sign of being a first film. Especially, Prabhakaran, who is known for his ability to solve any problem in the village through his advice, handles everything from dialogue pronunciation to body language and makes a place in the minds of the people as a vaathiyar.

Mehali Meenakshi, who plays the lead role, has flawlessly played the role of a family-oriented teacher and has created a charming feast for the audience’s mind and eyes like a torrential rain cooling the dry land in the song scenes.

Director Lenin Vadamalai, who plays the villain, reminds us of the late Daniel Balaji in both appearance and acting. If he continues to choose and act in good roles, he is sure to emerge as an indispensable villain actor in Tamil cinema.

The young Dugin Che Guevara, who plays the son of the villain Lenin Vadamalai, is intimidating in his acting with his amazing dialogue pronunciation and body language. Dugin Che Guevara, who speaks long dialogues and is full of emotion, is sure to get applause in the theater.

Although the film’s producer Dr. Vinitha Govindarajan, who plays the villain’s wife, is new, everyone has done justice to the characters with their natural acting.
With Soundaryaan’s music, all the songs in Lenin Vadamalai’s lyrics are repeated. Jayakumar’s background music has traveled in accordance with the story.

Cinematographer Johns V. Jerin has made even the simplest locations look grand and beautiful with his unique camera angles. Johns V. Jerin, who has colorfully displayed the song scenes, has added great strength to the film by searching for and shooting new locations throughout the film.

Although there are scenes that provide advice and awareness throughout the film, editor Sriram has told them with some twists and edited the scenes in a way that makes the film interesting and moving.

Lenin Vadamalai, who has written the story, screenplay, dialogues, and songs and directed the first film, has presented it as a work that makes people think, not just as a commercial film. In particular, all the ideas he conveys to the society through school students are powerful and commendable.
Director Lenin Vadamalai has emphatically recorded that in the current era, despite the tremendous development in science and technology, there are still people who are immersed in caste discrimination and superstition, and has swung the whip of knowledge at such people through a school teacher.

Although the film talks about social problems and their solutions is commendable, it is a bit boring that the film is filled with only those. However, director Lenin Vadamalai, who keeps the film moving interestingly through some elements including the intermission twist and climax, has directed it not only as a film for the entertainment of the people but also as an awareness film for them. Overall, ‘Yaru Potta Kodu’ is a new revolution
