Story -:
Barsana, a helpless woman deceived by a scoundrel, ends up in prison after killing the man who had betrayed her—an act committed while she was carrying his child.
After spending years behind bars, she is released along with her young son. Unable to place her trust in anyone in society, she wanders from place to place, often assuming different identities.
Her sole motivation is to ensure that her son neither becomes a deceiver nor falls victim to deception himself.
As life takes various turns, she finds work caring for an elderly woman living alone; eventually, she decides to settle there and enrolls her son in school.
She makes it a habit to pick up her son after school and gives him a strict instruction: no matter how long it takes, he must wait for her to arrive.
One day, while he is waiting, Barsana fails to show up. The police take the boy into their care, and the rest of the story unfolds around whether mother and son are ever reunited.
