Movie Review -:
who made his mark in the first film. Anthony. The biggest highlight of this film is that it has multiple responsibilities like story, screenplay, direction, cinemato graphy and production and D. Anthony has acted.
He attracts attention not only as a director but also as an actor who fully understands the feelings of his character. In particular, he has expressed the mood of a young man yearning for affection through natural acting.
Anthony has tried to attract the fans through an innovative screenplay structure, incorporating human feelings, friendship, mistakes, heartbreaks and the intricacies of relationships within an ordinary love story. It is noteworthy that he recorded his unique screen language in the very first film.
This film heralds the arrival of a new creator who can deliver innovative stories and quality work to Tamil cinema in the future.
A natural introduction to heroine Madhumita Bengali actress Madhumita Das, who is making her debut in the Tamil film industry with this film, has given a remarkable performance in her first film.
He understands the feelings of the character and naturally expresses various emotions like laughter, love, anger, longing and heartbreak. Especially his facial expressions and realistic acting connect the fans with the story.
Madhumita has given her character the required maturity and nature to the extent that she does not feel like a newbie actress. This debut film shows that he has a bright future in Tamil cinema.
Strong contribution of characters
Each of the actors in the film including Jeeva Ravi, Regine Rose, Navya Suji have done well in their respective roles.
With a mix of newcomers and seasoned artists in the film, each character is set to support the movement of the story. Appropriate choice of actors chosen by the director adds extra strength to the film.
Music – the lifeblood of the film
One of the biggest strengths of this film is its music.
The songs composed by Jaigar Harinath and Ashok Sreedharan travel with the emotions of the story. The lyrics and music beautifully capture the various dimensions of love.
Especially the background music composed by Joey Reda is a huge strength for the emotional scenes of the film. At many places the background music enhances the impact of the scenes many times. The film team has done a great job in conveying the emotions of love, separation, longing and heartbreak to the audience through music.
The music department has contributed so well that the film can be watched for the background music alone.
Cinematography like a painting
Pietro Villani’s cinematography is another important landmark for the film. Each scene is designed according to the emotions of the story.
The lighting of the scenes, the angles and the natural beauty of the screen make for an experience like viewing a painting in many places. The cinematographer has further enhanced the poetic nature of the love story through cinematography.
KK Surendran’s art direction also supports the naturalness of the scenes.
A technically exquisite creation The contribution of Jaigar Harinath in the soundtrack and Anand Ramachandran in the sound composition also enhances the quality of the film. The combination of sound and music to match the emotions of the scenes adds to the cinematic experience of the film.
Director D. As Anthony has also done the editing himself, he has tried to create a sense of continuity in the storytelling style.
A new venture by newcomers
With a completely new venture, “You Made Me Something”, is also a good platform to showcase the talent of newbie actors and new technicians.
Without big stars or grand commercial aspects, the film, built on a good story and a sensitive screenplay, can be seen as a great example of the efforts of new creators in Tamil cinema.
The film has the ability to make the characters travel along with the life journey without keeping the sweetness of love and the pain of separation and the delicate feelings of human relationships. This story has the power to reminisce some past moments in our life and some unforgettable love memories.
Natural acting by the newcomers, emotional storytelling, poetic visuals, soulful music and exquisite technical contribution combine to give the film a unique identity.
D. has successfully handled many responsibilities as an actor, director and producer in the first film. Anthony has introduced himself as a new creator to watch out for in Tamil cinema.
For those who love a good love story and those who love movies that travel with emotions, “You made me something” will definitely offer a different experience.
A heart touching romance… a journey to bring back memories… A beautiful movie that does something to the fans with music and emotions .
