Story -:

Soori (Fahadh Faasil) is an ambulance driver who earns money by driving in high-stakes betting races. He runs into trouble with Aslam (Mahesh Manjrekar), a smuggler from the old city, who threatens him to pay ₹25 lakhs within three days. While making one mistake after another in his desperate attempt to raise the money,

Soori discovers a magic locket. A little girl named Divya (Baby Sara) emerges from it; she is visible only to Soori. She asks Soori to use her magical powers to help find her missing parents. The story revolves around how Soori attempts to make money using the girl.

Movie Review-:

There is no connection between the title and the story. The trailer showed the hero and the little girl performing magic together, but in the actual movie, the hero possesses no such powers. The entire film revolves around the little girl.

The narrative is muddled, failing to effectively deliver comedy, emotion, or magic. Although the hero’s character seems interesting in the first half, it becomes tedious as the film progresses. Even the interval twist is predictable to the audience. The second half drags significantly; the emotional climax is the only saving grace.

The only positives in the film are the little girl’s magic tricks, the climax, and the visuals; everything else is a letdown. Despite Fahadh Faasil’s best efforts, his performance goes to waste due to the lack of substance in the story. Illogical scenes make the movie quite boring. It is baffling how a renowned director like Rajamouli and big stars like NTR and Mahesh Babu could have liked this film.

Fahadh Faasil delivers a great performance in the role of Soori, though his dialogue delivery feels somewhat artificial at times, with some words being hard to understand. Sara is adorable as Baby Divya; in fact, she is the true hero of the film. Mahesh Manjrekar (as Aslama), Subbaraju (as the police officer), and Venkatesh Kakumanu (as the hero’s friend) have all performed their roles competently.

Director Shashank failed to connect with the audience through either the comedy or the emotional elements. Kaala Bhairava’s music did not help the film in any way; the background score was merely passable in a few places.

More attention could have been paid to the editing. The cinematography is excellent, and there was no compromise on production values—the film looks very rich. Apart from the brief climax sequence, the entire movie is a struggle.
